DriveCare is CMS Nepal's on-demand driver service. You keep your vehicle, and we send a professional driver only for the time you need: a 4-hour or 8-hour shift, day or night. Every driver is trained, in uniform, carries a CMS ID and is covered by accident insurance.
It runs on the same system CMS Nepal already uses to deploy, pay and manage thousands of staff for leading organisations: a verified pool, a backup driver if yours can't come, and a full refund if we can't send one at all.

Driver Service in Nepal: Common Questions
Do you provide the car, or only the driver?
Only the driver. DriveCare sends a trained, uniformed driver to drive your own vehicle. You keep your car; we provide the person behind the wheel.
How much does it cost to hire a driver in Kathmandu?
A day-shift driver costs Rs 1,399 for 4 hours or Rs 1,999 for 8 hours. A night-shift driver costs Rs 1,749 for 4 hours or Rs 2,499 for 8 hours. Urgent bookings needed within 1 hour carry a higher rate. All rates are subject to applicable taxes.
How quickly can a driver reach me?
Standard bookings arrive within 2–4 working hours of confirmation. If you need a driver within 1 hour, we treat it as an urgent booking at the urgent rate.
Are DriveCare drivers insured?
Yes. Every DriveCare driver is covered by accident insurance as required by law, is trained, wears a uniform and carries a CMS ID.
Can the driver go outside Kathmandu Valley?
Yes. Outstation trips are available. For trips outside the valley or longer than 12 hours, you cover the driver's meals and accommodation.
How do I book and pay?
Call or WhatsApp 980 2074186 between 7 AM and 10 PM with the date, time and place. A 30% advance confirms the booking, and the 70% balance is paid when the service ends, by cash, bank transfer or CMS-approved online payment.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancelling 2 or more hours before the start is free. Within 2 hours of the start, the 30% advance is kept. Once the service has started, the full fee applies.
Need a Driver Tomorrow Morning?
Share the date, time and place. Confirm with a 30% advance, and your driver arrives in uniform with a CMS ID. Companies can also ask us to open a DriveCare Business account.
